hello.

MY LEGS ARE KILLING ME.cramps at the thigh.cause yesterday at silat training,wah stretch the thigh.then thorough out the whole training my thigh was pain and now,today still pain.

Today went cycling at east cost park. my thigh now more pain.And i had to go cause i my father wanted us to come .so i went,i know some of you will not understand.but thoose hu knowks yah i had to.

oh and passerby.hu are you??and thanks for hoping i would heal. =)
